About this concert
Butterflies in the stomach, clammy hands and groundbreaking performances: the tension rises during the denouement of the International Van Wassenaer Competition. Who will walk off with the winnings? About the performers
Giulio Padoin and Gabriele Lucherini met in 2018 while studying at the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis. As duo Ricerche Parallele, they focus on rediscovering didactic and aesthetic sources of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries. In 2021, the duo were prize winners of the International Chamber Music Competition ‘Beethoven in his time’ in Siegburg.
