About the performers

The musicians of Ensemble Pampinea met while studying at the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis, where they explored how to create colourful arrangements of medieval repertoire using different historical instruments. The ensemble won first prize at the London International Festival for Early Music competition in 2022 and was a finalist at the young ensembles competition of the Musikfestspiele Potsdam Sanssouci in 2023.
